I.Cave/Spectacle
The world is not the world. Is a world of names.[1]

Undoubtedly, in our times[2]...People all live in an underground grotto[3] -- a place where the real world becomes a simple image on its own. [4]People have been in this cave since they were young, and their necks and legs are bound by locks, so they have to sit in the same place forever, and only look forward...They can talk to each other.[3]

They prefer images over objects, copies over manuscripts, representations over reality, appearances over existence,[2] and they take projections as real things.[3] In this truly upside-down world, the truth is only a moment of falsehood. Essence and being, imagination and reality, visible and invisible,...[4]The world has changed into a Spectacle.[5]
